Can I see my website before I pay anything?
Yes. We build your site and send you a live preview link. You can look at it on your phone, your laptop, anywhere. You only pay your first month once you are completely happy. If you do not like it, you do not pay.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing bad. No penalties, no fees. Your domain stays yours - it always belongs to you. The website simply goes offline. If you ever want to come back, we pick up where you left off.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes. Every site we build is optimised so Google can find it. We structure your pages, titles, and descriptions properly. On the Premium plan, we also add structured data and schema markup to give you the best chance of ranking for what you do.
How do I request changes?
Just send us a message. Email on Standard, WhatsApp on Premium. Want to update your hours, add a new service, or swap a photo? Just tell us and we take care of it. Changes are included in every plan - you are never charged extra for a simple update.
Do I need to write the text and take photos?
We work with whatever you have. A few photos from your phone and some basic information about your business is plenty. We write all the text and design the whole site for you. If you have nothing at all, we can still make it work.
I do not have a domain name. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We will find and register a standard .co.uk or .com domain for your business. It is included in your plan - no extra charge. Premium or specialist domains may cost extra. You own the domain and if you ever cancel, it stays yours.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard gives you a professional website with up to 5 pages - perfect for most small businesses. Premium is for bigger sites - up to 15 pages, a blog, full SEO with structured data, a monthly performance report, same-day WhatsApp support, and three integrations like online booking or a reviews widget.
Why are you so much cheaper than agencies?
