Rendrd is a trading name of Social First Ltd (company number 11614409), registered at M.01 Tomorrow, Blue, MediaCityUK, England, M50 2AB. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
We take your privacy seriously and keep things simple. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect and why

We do not collect data we do not need. We never sell your data to anyone.
2. Contact form
The enquiry form on our website is processed by Web3Forms. When you submit the form, your data is sent to us by email. Web3Forms does not store your submission data permanently. You can read their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. You can read their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics on your website to understand how visitors use your site. This collects anonymised data such as page views, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension or adjusting your browser settings.
5. Cookies
The Rendrd website (rendrd.uk) uses minimal cookies:
- Essential cookies - required for the website to function (e.g. Cloudflare security cookies). These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies - used by Google Analytics if enabled. These are anonymised and help us understand site usage.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
6. Hosting
Our websites are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance purposes (e.g. DDoS protection). You can read their privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
7. How long we keep your data
- Active customers - we keep your data for the duration of your subscription.
- After cancellation - we keep basic records (name, email, business name, invoices) for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes. Website content is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
- Enquiries that do not proceed - we delete your data within 12 months if you do not become a customer.
8. Who we share your data with
We only share your data with services that are necessary to deliver the service:
- Stripe - payment processing
- Cloudflare - website hosting and security
- Web3Forms - contact form processing
- Google - analytics (if enabled on your site)
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data - ask us what we hold about you
- Correct your data - ask us to fix anything that is wrong
- Delete your data - ask us to remove your personal data
- Object to processing - ask us to stop using your data for a specific purpose
- Port your data - ask for a copy of your data in a portable format

10. Children
Our service is designed for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify active customers by email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first at hello@rendrd.uk and we will do our best to resolve it.
